Panel.rip rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy remains in effect in the case of rate changes. Panel.rip does not guarantee delivery time or drop rate for any services. We provide our best estimation for when the order will be delivered; however, this is only an estimation and panel.rip will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long. All orders without a refill period are not refillable, even if they experience a 100% drop. Please order services with refill. Panel.rip strives to deliver exactly what is expected by our resellers. In some cases, we reserve the right to change the service type if necessary to complete an order.
Any malicious or abusive actions can result in the suspension of your account. The balance present before suspension will not be transferable or withdrawable. Opening a new account after suspension will lead to the termination of your account, even if it has a balance.
By completing a payment, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback against us for any reason.
If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after making a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to remove any followers or likes that we have delivered to your or your clients' Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media accounts.
Orders placed on panel.rip will not be refunded or canceled once they are placed. If the order is undeliverable, you will receive a refund credit to your panel.rip account.
Misplaced or private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Please ensure that you confirm each and every order before placing it.
